What can you not do on site?
Jobs that need a lift, a tire machine, or an alignment rack get referred out. The same goes for transmission and engine internals. You hear that before you pay anything.
Do I have to be there?
Only to hand over the keys and approve the quote. Most customers go back inside and we text when it is done.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. Bring your own parts and you pay labor only. Customer supplied parts carry a labor warranty, not a parts warranty.
What is the warranty?
12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor for the work performed, whichever comes first.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, or Venmo on completion.
Can you work in an apartment lot?
Yes, with property permission and level paved ground to work on. Garages are handled case by case.
